aoa sis
my husband is the same he love american breakfast food . usually i will make french toast or pancakes . i love waffles but i dont have a waffle iron
also i make the pancakes instead of using the amount of water it calls for i use a little less and use some yogurt plain or flavored it kind it makes the pancakes nice and fluffy and if you use flavors you can experiment heheheheh .

I do this all the time! My husband just looks at me like [loopy] , hehe. But I love it! A bowl of cereal is sometimes the perfect night-time snack, or I'll go all out and do eggs and toast. Yum!

As Salaamu Alaikuum,
My siblings and I grew up on "breakfast for dinner".......we looked forward to it.
Actually, everytime my mother would do the food shopping we had the option of eating breakfast for dinner.
And I passed this "tradition" down to my children, as did my siblings with theirs.
It is simple and easy, especially when you are too tired to make a big meal........just whip up some breakfast food and "Wa-laa".

Assalamu alaikum,
Ahhh yes... Breakfasat for dinner is a favorite thing around here and I passed it on to all my children and now to the grands. They love it when they have a meal like that.
Last time I did that we had pancakes, shwarma, cheese grits, bacon, cheese eggs, orange juice and milk  .... It was soooo good.... My son and his 2 girls came over and ate and ate... it was really nice.

I'm quite fond of "breakfast" foods for other meals. Sometimes first thing in the morning I can't abide the thought of eating right away, but I love a good bowl of cereal for lunch. Usually for Sunday night supper I make waffles or an omelette or something. We're usually not that hungry and people we knew from church will invite us out for a big lunch so a light little something is nice for dinner.

Breakfast for dinner was a special treat for us as kids! Now, my kids look forward to it to! I usually do pancakes and turkey bacon, or omlettes and toast. Guess what's for dinner tomorrow! :-\

AOA,
I love to eat breakfast food whenever, especially waffles. This to me is a treat, fun to step outside the traditional interpretation of "dinner"

Never.
My husband won't eat any breakfast foods so it's not an option for us. But if it was just the kids and I - YES!!!

Breakfast food is my favorite! When Ron and I go out for our "date" it's usually on the weekend for breakfast - no matter what time of day it is. I fixed eggs and toast for supper tonight, too. I had Isaiah and he likes his over easy and then mashed up. Ron likes his fried hard and then makes a sandwich. I like mine over easy and then on toast.

I totally love breakfast foods any time of the day! I've done this several times for hubby and he seems to like it okay. Mu babies and thoroughly enjoy having waffles, grits, eggs, turkey bacon and a cup of tea for dinner!

I sometimes cook breakfast for dinner.
I cook pancakes or french toast, bacon, cheese eggs, fried potatoes, and sometimes grits. My family loves it.
