Apostrophes

What's happening with some of the apostrophes on the forum turning into little question marks inside a diamond?

I noticed in posts, the title of the du'a section and even sis Sakeena's username now!

hmmm...haven't noticed, but will keep an eye out for it. Maybe it has something to do with the same issues behind the homepage not working?

I noticed in place of the letter "A"....I think it was the same Sisters "name".

Maybe it's not everybody's computer... maybe just something to do with the encoding on mine...

All the a's in the title and description of du'a corner are now question marks inside a diamond.
