What does "Hidden" mean??

Sis "Administrator" (or anyone that would like to answer).......what does it mean when it shows someone is "hidden" in the Cafe??? :?
I see it often and have been meaning to ask, but I would always forget to :lol:.

Hidden simply means don`t seen. A sister is online, but you don`t see her online status.
