Yep, it's the other addiction I hv, though it's improving.. used to hv like 50 shoes at one time.. but now maybe around 30 pairs or maybe a bit more.. hehe !! [leapfrog]

My hb is definitely not helping me on this coz everytime I wanna buy a new shoes or purse, he goes "ok, let's go look for it !!"

My DH is not bothered at all, though I must say my fave pair are my Adidas sneakers.. [love] em...

I buy purses not for myself but for my mum, sis, friends etc...I go to the UK and just give em there, as they all love them, and nothings better than giving someone something they will like :!:

Once upon a time it would have been shoes, because I'm not a girly girl and I HATE purses. If at all I have to carry a bag around, bet your bottom dollar it's a man's bag. All my shoes and undies too are men's. I only shop in male stores, cuz their things are more comfy to wear & made to last while female things are made to make you go buy more in a hurry and look good while your comfort is sacrificed. As I said I'm not very girly so I only shop when needed, and I'm about practicality and comfort, so I'd rather have 1 good pair of shoes (usually sneakers anyways) which I can run around in, than something which "looks good" but has me in discomfort.

looool u guys are funny . i love sooooooooo much shoes i have so many i forgot count each day i wear something even if it is an outfit i wore before i always got a new pair of shoes to go with it that he hasnt seen before . i like sandals with a small heel too not big one becuase me and dh are same height loool i dont want to look like a giant over him

Since I do not like wearing shoes but have to, I find comfortable ones at Easy Spirit. The outlet always has sales (buy one get the 2nd 50% off) When I buy shoes, I usually end up getting 2 pair sometimes from $50- $60 and they last a long time.

At first Easy Spirit shoes were Granny style, but now they are for everyone.





I have limited shoes for all occasions, but AH take care of them and wear as needed..Now.I am into comfy shoes, not Granny style either(sis blueskyfly)... :wink:

I don't buy much of either, but from what I do spend, I buy more shoes. I only have a few purses and that's b/c dh makes me carry one all the time so I can put my ids and phone in it. I used to just carry my DL and keys in my hands b4 marriage b/c i really hate purses. now, i think purses are cute, but don't have the motivation to keep dumping my things into a new purse everytime i wear a dif color abaya.

I love echo brand shoes they are kinda spendy but they last a long time.
bags i love bags but i love the ones you find at a garage sale rather then the ones in the store. I found last week a leather 70's type of bag, real leather a little faded but that made the bag even more beautiful.

I hate to say this but most of my shoes shopping isn't done by me its my done by my dh he will choose somthing for me and he will either take back or i'll love it he has good taste.
