View Full Version : Why Can't I Upload Avatar From My PC?

Assalaamu alaikum.

Hey, I'm curious why there's an option to upload an avatar from my pc, but it won't let me do it.

Sometimes it says, "You haven't chosen any avatar," and sometimes I get an error message.

i had to resize mine so im not sure but now i think they made it bigger then before sorry ask an expert who knows maybe sis shakiah knows or sis naimah in shaa Allah

I tested this out just to see what the problem is... what you can do is upload your avatar to an image-hosting site like flickr/photobucket etc. and use the Link to off-site Avatar function.

Subhanallah, i just posted here and in another forum about, and suddenly it appears. ALLAHu Alim what happend, but it worked. Alhamdouillah.

But Frankly, I myself am having some problem with Avatar.. sometime I can, sometimes I can't (even after resizing) .. I found some nice avatars from Glitter-Graphics but tried as I might - i can't upload them here !! *sigh*... so I just get one from the gallery !!

InsyaAllah, will try again to master the technique [smilie=bigblush.gif]

Well....I still can't. [smilie=sheep.gif] The off-link option w/ flickr didn't work either....but alhamdulileh.

I don't even get an error message, it just wont show up.

The avatar I have now is not the one I wanted, I uploaded this one from my web site.

Well I cannot help ya either......lololol....I was trying for ever and then all of a sudden BAM...there was my pic and the size that I wanted it in [smilie=blink.gif].
I could not believe it......I just figured that Sis "Admin." had a part in it [smilie=1224311icon_wink.gif].
