Can someone help me with the avatar?

Can one of you techy sisters help me make this image avatar-sized? I had another one of proper size but it just showed up as an X. I don't know how to make this image into KB size.

I uploaded it into the gallery. Just go to your Profile. Go down the page to Avatar section and Click on the button titled "Show Gallery" . It should be there :)

It is brilliant; so fast and simple! Resize then save in your pc and use on forums.

Sis, I went into my profile and saw where it says "Avatar" but did not see where any button to click on at all (let alone one that says "show gallery"). Am I doing something wrong [help]..........
