couch potato or gym rat?

Im a walker so I dont joined the health club but I would love to sit all day if I could.

Since being on MMC, I've upgraded from "couch potato" to "chair potato"....computer chair that is.. [smilie=243221icon_lol.gif] [smilie=243221icon_lol.gif] [smilie=243221icon_lol.gif].

I used to be a walker, but since I moved here in this neighborhood I stopped....I am not sure if EVERYONE HERE will be comfortable with a Muslim woman walking their streets.. [smilie=13confused.gif].
Where I lived before I was on a deadend street and most of the people I got along with.....but here is different.

There have been times when I've been either one or the other, but these days I'm somewhere in the middle (I think).

I'm a couch potato right now because my work schedule changed, so now I'm always tired. But whenever I can inshaAllah I will be a at home gym rat again. I always used to work out at home to some exercise video or a workout program on tv.

i wouldn't say i'm a gym rat, but i take swimming lessons with my mosque & also belly-dancing & i like to walk/run on a track thats at a public school around my neighborhood..but since i've been pregnant i've only been walking/swimming..
