Stringy green beans...what to do?
I cooked flat green beans yesterday and try as I might the strings never came off...ugg! So now I am left with a nice green bean stew that is full of strings ...I'm scared to give it to DS as he may choke ...we even may blah!!
So I'm wondering if any of you have any ideas what I can do with them? I was thinking to puree them but then what do I do with the puree...and I'll have to strain it from the strings...OH WHAT A MESS!

hahaha. well sis puree and sieve and make into a humus style dip?
